The Thermo Scientific NanoDropTM 8000 Spectrophotometer will accurately and reproducibly measure nucleic acid samples up to 3700 ng/ul, without dilution.

 

Key Features

  • Includes analysis capability for dsDNA, RNA and "other" (analysis constant selectable between 15-55)
  • High absorbance capability: up to 3700 ng/ul for dsDNA
  • Reblank feature allows for the re-analysis of previous set of samples with a new blank
  • Full spectrum data is automatically archived in a text delimited file on the controller PC and easily reviewed using the Data Viewer feature
  • Sample or plate ID can be preloaded by using a barcode reader or importing from a file
  • 260/280 and 260/230 ratios calculated and displayed
  • Absorbance is represented as a 10mm path equivalent
