This module is configured to measure the inherent fluorescence of Fluorescein (FITC) at 515nm.
  • Fluorescence is measured at 515 nm following excitation (470 nm) by the Blue LED
  • Relative fluorescent output at 515 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
  • Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.

Performance Data

A representative spectrum of a 10 nM Fluorescein sample (diluted NIST SRM 1932) measured on a NanoDrop 3300 Fluorospectrometer is shown above.
