This module is configured to measure the inherent fluorescence of Cy5 or Alexa Fluor 647 at 670 nm.

• Fluorescence is measured at 670 nm following excitation by the WHITE LED. Note: The WHITE LED excites throughout the 500-680 nm range. Proprietary signal processing methods are used to monitor the emission fluorescence.
• Relative fluorescent output at 670 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
• Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.
