| This module is configured to measure fluorescence of the Hoechst dye, which is greatly increased upon binding to double-stranded (ds) DNA. |
- Fluorescence is measured at 450 nm following excitation by the UV LED.
- Relative fluorescent output at 450 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
- Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.
