Protein Protocol Video

In addition to inclusion in the Wiley & Sons’ publication, Current Protocols in Protein Science, JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) has published a video article on NanoDrop micro-volume methodology for protein concentration. JoVE is the first and only video format Pubmed Indexed scientific journal.

This video article demonstrates two methods for determining protein concentration with the NanoDrop 2000c Spectrophotometer using A280 absorbance readings and the BCA colorimetric assay.
